We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payments made on the Site are processed directly by our third-party payment gateway (Fat Zebra, PayPal, Shopify Payments). Your card and payment information is entered and processed securely on that provider's platform and is never transmitted to or stored on our own systems or servers. Please refer to our payment provider's own privacy policy for details of how they handle your payment information.

We collect personal information:

  • Directly from you, when you place an order, create an account, sign up to our newsletter, contact our customer service team, or otherwise interact with the Site.
  • Automatically, through cookies and similar tracking technologies when you browse the Site (see section 7 below).
  • From third parties, such as our delivery and courier partners, payment gateway provider, or marketing and analytics platforms, where reasonably necessary to provide our services to you.

4. Why we collect, hold and use your personal information

  • communicate with you about your order, account or enquiries;
  • provide customer support;
  • send you marketing communications, where you have opted in to receive them (you can opt out at any time – see section 8);
  • improve and personalise our Site, products and services;
  • detect and prevent fraud or unauthorised transactions; and
  • comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Who we may disclose your information to

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose your personal information to:

  • delivery and courier providers, to fulfil and ship your order;
  • our payment gateway provider, solely to process your payment (see section 2 – we do not receive or store your card details);
  • IT service providers who host our Site, store our data, or provide customer service, email and marketing tools on our behalf;

Where we disclose personal information to overseas recipients, we take reasonable steps to ensure those recipients handle your information in a manner consistent with the APPs.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and analytics tags) to remember your preferences, keep items in your cart, understand how visitors use our Site, and deliver relevant advertising. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect how the Site functions.

8. Direct marketing

With your consent, we may send you marketing communications about our products, promotions and offers by email or other channels. You can opt out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, updating your account preferences, or contacting us using the details in section 12. We will not send you marketing communications if you opt out, other than transactional messages relating to an order you have placed.

9. Data security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. This includes restricting access to personal information to staff who need it, using secure hosting and, as noted above, never storing your payment card details on our systems.

We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law (for example, tax and record-keeping obligations), after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.

10. Access and correction

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete, by contacting us using the details in section 12. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time. In some circumstances we may not be able to provide access or make a correction, in which case we will explain why.
