Jim's Jerky Premium Biltong
One of the first things we're asked at Jim's Jerky is 'WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR JERKY AND BILTONG?' Well, the answer is not that much - they're both beef snacks made from fantastic Australian beef... but also everything! Biltong originated in Southern Africa and is softer, with more moisture than our traditional jerky.
At Jim's Jerky we use the same processing, no unnecessary ingredients, no messing too much with the basic awesomeness of the classic Aussie Steak. The outcome is a tender, tantalising beef snack that you really cannot get enough of!
At Jim's Jerky you can purchase your biltong two ways: either as a 'stick' or thinly sliced through our custom-made biltong shredder. A stick is the most traditional way to get your biltong - but little tricky to eat! You'll need a sharp knife and patience. Sliced is definitely easier to consume... but be careful or your stash will be gone before you know it; IT"S THAT GOOD!
