Refund and Return Policy
Jim’s Jerky comes with 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with our product or if you purchase a product that is faulty or spoilt in some way, we request that you notify us immediately. We will arrange to return the stock and for you to receive a replacement or a full refund.
Jim’s Jerky will not refund product past its best before.
Failed Order Process
If for any reason the products you have ordered have not arrived, we advise you to refer to your dispatch email and check the status of your order using the tracking number you have been provided. If you believe the order is missing, or has been incorrectly delivered, please contact us and we’ll assist you to track down your parcel!
It is our intent to limit access to any personal information we may receive from you when you place an order with Jim's Jerky. This information that you provide to us may only be used for internal administrative purposes and is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone.
